Le poste sera rattaché au Directeur Régional des Ventes - Ouest pour l'onco-hématologie.
Région: Paris Ouest: 75, 78 et 92 + Normandie Partiel (76/ Rouen)
Finalité :
Assurer l’information médicale et scientifique dans le strict respect de l’AMM auprès de tout professionnel habilité à prescrire, dispenser et utiliser les médicaments.
Entretenir une relation professionnelle avec ceux-ci visant à promouvoir les produits et leur bon usage dans le respect des règles éthiques et de compliance internes, de la réglementation pharmaceutique et selon la stratégie déterminée par l’entreprise.
Missions Principales :
Activité visant la promotion et l’information
Assurer auprès des professionnels de santé une communication produit et environnement en ligne avec la stratégie de l’entreprise, ainsi que les besoins / attentes des professionnels de santé
Développer et maintenir l’image de marque de Gilead Sciences auprès de tout professionnel habilité à prescrire, dispenser et utiliser les médicaments en assurant une information de qualité et en respectant l’éthique de la Société.
Proposer et mettre en œuvre le plan d’actions sectoriel, contribuant à l’atteinte des objectifs. Assurer la gestion de son secteur et la mise en place de projets selon la stratégie commerciale définie par la Direction de la Business Unit.
Activité de Formation / Information
Actualiser ses connaissances réglementaires et scientifiques en infectiologie, hématologie, réanimation, mycologie et les produits dont il a la charge
Participer aux sessions de formations et se soumettre aux évaluations organisées par la Société
Relations Professionnelles
Assurer l’organisation de manifestations régionales destinées à l’information du corps médical (congrès régionaux, réunions, soirées…)
Participer à des manifestations nationales et internationales destinées à l’information du corps médical et contribuer à leur organisation.
Gestion Administrative
Assurer la maintenance de la base de données clients en effectuant une mise à jour régulière.
Réaliser une analyse mensuelle d’activité.
Compétences
Être titulaire de la Carte de la visite médicale.
Connaissance scientifique de l’hématologie, de la réanimation, de l’infectiologie et de leur environnement très fortement appréciée.
Avoir occupé avec succès un poste similaire.
Expérience du milieu hospitalier CHU, CH et CLCC.
Bonne connaissance des circuits de décision et de l’organisation des Etablissements hospitaliers, cliniques et CLCC.
Connaissance des règles et de l’environnement pharmaceutiques.
Bonne aptitude à la gestion de projets.
Aisance en Prise de Parole en Public, à l’écrit comme à l’oral. Communication responsable et de qualité. Adaptation posturale en fonction des interlocuteurs.
Aptitude à travailler en équipe et de manière transverse.
Excellentes techniques de communication avec les experts.
Qualités de négociation, excellent relationnel.
Sens des priorités et de l’organisation.
Maîtrise de Pack office. Aisance dans l’utilisation des outils digitaux.
La maîtrise de l’anglais serait un plus.

Knowledge:
Has proven expertise in interpersonal and relationship-building skills, along with strong influencing and negotiating skills.
Has a working knowledge of relevant therapeutic/disease/product area
The Infection and Hematology therapeutics areas background will be considered a significant advantage.
Is familiar with industry trends and remains current with competitor’s resources and practices. Can speak to the pros and cons (overall goals of plan, cost vs. efficacy, dosing, duration, etc.) of a product protocol.
Is able to identify rising issues / solutions / opportunities and is able to present / communicate arguments to management/marketing.
Demonstrates solid analytical skills, able to identify and understand moderately complex issues and problems, and interpret information in a manner that provides appropriate recommendations to management and specialists.
Is able to work in cross-functional teams.
International Therapeutic Specialist
Must be self-motivated and able to work with a general level of autonomy and independence. Previous pharmaceutical experience is essential and relevant therapeutic working knowledge is desirable. Proven expertise in interpersonal and relationship building skills is required.
Specific education and experience requirements:
Typical candidates will possess a BA or BS degree, and 4+ years of relevant sales experience within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. Prior experience in appropriate therapeutic area highly desired.
Achievement of any mandatory country-specific pharmaceutical sales certifications is essential.
International Therapeutic Specialist
Typically requires a BA or BS degree and minimum of 4 – 6 years of relevant selling experience within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. Prior experience in appropriate therapeutic area highly desired.
Specific job responsibilities:
Represents Gilead’s OH products and services to a defined customer base within a specific geographic area. Utilizes an in–depth level of product and therapeutic disease knowledge to promote the appropriate use of Gilead’s OH products to healthcare professionals.
Responsible for achieving coverage and frequency targets, and consistently achieving sales targets in assigned territory.
Contributes to regional training, developing the key skills of other team members.
With guidance, initiates systems to monitor sales progress and action plans. Regularly measures success, documents and provides feedback on performance.
May work in collaboration with outside partner companies to co-promote products or services.
Manages territory budgets for customer contacts, speaker events and other miscellaneous external expenditures.
May represent company at professional events and promote company products at such events.
Works cooperatively with Medical Science Liaisons, National Account Managers, Marketing and other internal Gilead team members on various cross-functional projects.
Assists in the identification and resolution of issues and opportunities, and communicates proactively to marketing and sales management.
Completes necessary administrative tasks in a timely manner e.g. updating customer database, expenses.
Communicates and functions across the commercial team, ensuring efficient collaboration on projects.

Prepares territory budgets for customer contacts, speaker events and other miscellaneous external expenditures. May work in collaboration with outside partner companies to co-promote products or services. May represent company at professional events and promote company products at such events. Works cooperatively with Medical Science Liaisons, National Account Managers, Marketing and other internal Gilead team members on various cross-functional projects related to specific accounts or physicians. Works as an individual contributor. Builds and extends business relationships with key customers or accounts. Assists in the identification and resolution of issues and opportunities and communicates proactively to marketing and sales management. Completes necessary administrative tasks in a timely manner e.g. updating customer database, expenses, etc. Responsible for achieving the competency levels required in the role.
